The Ultimate Girls Weekend, presented by Bohemian Summer Festival is a 2-night, 3-day women's retreat style festival. Women are invited to ditch their everyday routines and responsibilities to put themselves first for a change! Enjoy workshops, sound healings, meditation, yoga, crafts, live performances, pampering, cocktails and so much more.

The Ultimate Girls Weekend welcomes and attracts women of all ages due to our "ultimate girls' weekend" concept in which we base the whole festival around. Women and those who identify as women are warmly welcome to our event. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us if you are unsure. The Ultimate Girls Weekend is now a 15 plus event due to the extensive feedback from our first event requesting this change (from all ages) and to stay true to our concept to encourage women to do something for themselves. For two reasons: We don't always run the event in Summer so it didn't make sense to keep the word "summer" in our name There has often been some confusion on what the festival is all about. Some, due to the name assumed we were a hippy festival. We wanted to make it very clear we are a board lifestyle and wellness event that welcomes ALL women no matter what you are into.

The Ultimate Girls Weekend is held in two states: Cleveland Estate in Lancefield Victoria and Ivory's Rock in Peak Crossing, Queensland

Created by two sisters Julz and Kerri, the Ultimate Girls Weekend was founded with the intention to bring about that feeling of being supported and connected to a village. Women are often so busy working and raising their families that we can feel disconnected and alone in our journeys. Whether looking for a fun girl's weekend or a more meaningful connection to their sisterhood, we hope that The Ultimate Girls Weekend leaves them with a renewed feeling of purpose and fulfillment.

Get your ticket, pick your accommodation, and grab a car/caravan pass if you need it. The gates open at 7am every day of the festival. Just a heads up - on Friday, the fun starts a bit later so you can set up camp without breaking a sweat. Once you arrive, you will be instructed to drive to your accommodation spot where you can unload and then move your car out to the main parking area. If you have a day pass or staying offsite, you can just park your vehicle and then head straight in. Oh, and don't miss the program! Plan your days or just wing it when you get here. No need to reserve spots in workshops ahead of time. Program will be released soon so keep an eye out.

Yes, those staying onsite will need a car pass. This encourages carpooling and also allows us to plan the festival grounds to run as streamlined as possible. Day pass tickets and those staying offsite do not need a car pass.

Once you arrive you will be directed to your accommodation option (camping, glamping, cozy cabins). You will unload your belongings and then move your car to the car park. The car park is a short distance away (approx. less than 5 minute walk in most cases). The grounds are mostly level and the paths are well maintained gravel. If you have mobility issues and need a little more support, please let us know when we are scanning your ticket so we can help in any way we can including giving you a lift in one of our buggies.

The gates open at 7am however please note that our program doesn't start until approx. 11am therefore there is no rush. Although we have great plans in place for traffic management, there might a wait to get in so please don't stress if you're not here at 7am.

Absolutely! We will have a Friday, Saturday or Sunday day pass option. Gates open at 7am and close at 10:30pm Friday and Saturday. Day Parking is on the outer of the festival grounds so there is easy access in and out. Your day pass allows you to enjoy all workshops, crafts, live and interactive performances, women's circles etc. Healings & Readings are available for a donation and there will be market and food stalls you can purchase from if you wish.

Coming alone? Don't stress, we have you covered! We have quite a few people coming alone as it's a great way to make new lifelong friends who share the same interests if this is what you are wanting to do or you're more than welcome to check it out alone without distractions. We do have an area for people camping alone, if this is something you would like, you just need to let them know when you arrive and our traffic crew will let you know where to set up if you're staying on site. Otherwise we also have shared cozy cabins (with single beds) if you prefer to stay in there with other people. There is a dedicated toilet and shower block within this area.

The site has well maintained gravel paths, flat grounds and shade. We have made the festival area's close in proximity to allow people will mobility issues as much ease as possible in an outdoor location. Camping and accommodation is very close by. If you have mobility issues please let the staff at the info tent know. We are happy to help you in any way possible including giving you a lift on our buggies.

Absolutely! We need volunteers for a range of duties! You may be surprised. You would even have access to the staff tent which includes snacks and cold drinks for the duration of the festival.

Service animals are welcome but no other animals will be permitted.

No, you simply turn up in the space and enjoy however if it is something you are really keen to do we suggest getting to that area a little earlier to ensure your spot!

Yes you will get a full color printed version of our program guide which will include a map. This will also be available for download at least two weeks before the event.

If Camping and General - Festival ticket and photo ID - Normal camping items like tent, bedding etc - Insect spray and sunscreen - Camp chairs - Esky - Water Bottle - Phone charger and power packs - Towels, toiletries - Touch and battery powered lanterns - Solar lights and other decorations for your tent - Bags for rubbish to take home or to pop into bins onsite if unable to take home - Bags for dirty clothing - Medical Essentials - Picnic Rugs - Cash for donation based services in the Healing Haven - Money for market stalls and food vans (check maps for what cooking facilities there are). There may not be eftpos machines at some stalls so bring cash just in case. - Sunhat and rain poncho. Prepare for all weather events. ​ If in Group Accommodation - Check to see what is provided. Unfortunately due to safety and festival numbers, our public liability insurance has stated that we can't allow you to have your own fire on site.

Unfortunately no, BYO alcohol is not allowed. However we do have a licensed bar on site.

Due to the amount of administration etc.. Bohemian Summer Festival will not provide refunds or transfers for any monies paid if you change your mind for any reason and can no longer attend the festival for your confirmed role. Please think about this carefully before going ahead with your application and payment.

Thursday night is an option for VICTORIA only at this stage. We have very limited Thursday night accommodation tickets available so you can come and get settled the night before the real action begins. There will also be some activities to enjoy on the Thursday night.
